Happy Thanksgiving
It seems like the end of the year has arrived way before I expected it. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and just a short month later it'll be Christmas. However, looking back on year 2007, I have much to be thankful for. First of course would be good health. Other than a touch of arthritis in my left knee, I don't have any health concerns. Then there is the success of my writing. My most recent novel, The Vagabond Healer, has had excellent sales and critical acclaim, even being nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. On Monday I sent the files to the printer for my next novel, An Eagle Unchained. I've been very pleased with the cover design and look forward to it having much success, particularly since it's about a Presidential election and we have all the campaigning for a real election this coming year. If you want to see the cover and read a little blurb about An Eagle Unchained, visit www.ErianPress.com, where the novel's page is up.
I'm certain that you also have much to be thankful for. It's a beautiful world, and if we could just get the Federal government straightened out things would be even better. So, with that in mind, Please have a bountiful and wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.
